Über uns
What happens in the group?
We talk about our close relationships - whether romantic, familial, work-related, or friendships - and the challenges they bring. We also explore how we relate to people within the group itself, and we hopefully create a safe enough space to take some risks and try out new relational behaviors to replace ones we find unhelp-ful.
What kind of people come to the group?
Introverted, reflective people who value relationships and spend time thinking about them. People who need support with their relational challenges, such as setting boundaries and asking for what they want.
Purpose - how would we benefit joining the group
To better understand ourselves in regard to who we are within our close relationships; to strengthen our selfesteem by supporting each other's emotional relational challenges.
Some things to note
• The group's language will be English.
• Experience with therapy is required. Ideally, we are currently in therapy or have other forms of reflective practice in place.
• This group is not focused on coping skills. It's for individuals who feel emotionally secure enough to explore deeper, potentially uncom-fortable topics. Therefore, it may not be suitable for those experienc-ing severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, or individuals currently grappling with significant addiction issues.
• Diversity on all levels (age, race, sexual orientation, class) is welcome and encouraged.
Frequency to be discussed and decided with the group. We will probably meet in Wedding.
